After securing your spot in Mexico for Backstreet's Back at the Beach, all you need to do is book your flight to Cancún International Airport (CUN) and we’ll take care of the rest…seriously! Upon arrival at Cancún International Airport, you will be seamlessly transported to Moon Palace. We advise all guests to factor in at least 1.5 hours (with the potential of up to 3-4 hours) to get from Cancún International, through Customs, on the shuttle, and checked in with the resort.
Shuttle transportation between Cancún International Airport and Moon Palace Cancún is included in all event packages. We partner with the resort's in-house transportation company, Edge, for event airport shuttle service. Edge is an extremely reputable team, and together we provide our guests with a safe and seamless transportation experience. All guests must submit their flight information within the Guest Dashboard - available now! Note that any guest who does not submit their flight info may need to utilize airport shuttles on a standby basis.
Important: Shuttle transportation is only included between Cancún International Airport and Moon Palace Cancún, no other airports or resorts in the area will be serviced. Due to specific shuttle pickup areas at the airport, we can only provide riders to those who are landing and exiting at arrival terminals. If you elect to stay elsewhere in the Cancún area before your package begins, you'll need to coordinate your own transportation to the resort.

We here at Playa Luna can assure you that the safety of all guests, staff, and artists remains our highest priority. Moon Palace Cancún is located outside the Hotel Zone and a very short distance south of the airport. All persons entering the hotel must go through a secured gate prior to checking in at the hotel.
Playa Luna’s security personnel work hand-in-hand with the resort's security team to ensure a safe experience for all guests at all times while on-site at Moon Palace Cancún. The resort’s security team is located throughout all areas of the property and perimeter. Additional event security will also be present at all event-related activities and within the concert venue.
All guests entering the venue will be searched for prohibited items and have their event wristbands checked. These event wristbands work as both your access to the venue as well as the key to your assigned hotel room. In addition to security, Playa Luna manages a highly trained event medical team consisting of both American & Mexican doctors, nurses, and EMTs.
Playa Luna also operates a 24-hour medical clinic that's available to all event guests. Medical staff will also be on call during all event-related activities such as the pool parties and DJ performances.
